• Contact us via enquiries page for bespoke event floral designs and a member of our team will book you in for an initial consultation call so that we can provide you with an accurate quotation for our bespoke design service.

• Pictures are just size and style references, colors and flowers depends on seasons and availability. You can let us know your preference in the following 'special request' box and we'll try our best to make it happen)

• To take care of your delicate bouquets, please check out the detailed flower caring steps via FAQ page.

• We do free pick-up service at SE10 0DX and £15 delivery service within a 5-mile radius of SE10. We currently do not deliver within congestion zones.
• Due to being a small business, we are currently unable to offer same day delivery. We take orders from Monday to Sunday but there is a chance that we are unable to accept your orders due to the limited stock. Your orders will be confirmed within 24 hours via emails. 
• If you have special requests on flowers delivery out of 5 miles / in the congestion zone/same day request, please let us know. We will work with you for the best results.
• Please check all delivery and shipping details are correct, we will not be responsible for any delays with delivery due to incorrect/invalid information. 
• If the flowers are failed to deliver and there is no safe place to leave the flowers, the package will return to the depot and the sender will be contacted. Under no circumstances are we liable for any additional costs for re delivery.
